Taiei Maru

Coron Bay, Philippines
The Taiei Maru is an amazing experience. We saw it with medium to strong current which had the silty waters cloudy and very low visibility. Once on the deck of the wreck we were able to see a perfectly preserved time capsule of WWII with the deck sitting at only 60-65 feet covered in amazing corals, many of which are specific to this area. D'Divers was a great choice to help enjoy a wonderful dive experience in a potentially treacherous area. It is recommended to check the tidal and lunar cycles and dive this site in a slack tide when visibility can be pristine.
